TickTockDone Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 22, 2026
This policy explains what personal data Biz59.net (Biz59 LLC) ("we") collects when you use the TickTockDone mobile app and its website, why, who it is shared with and what you can do about it.
1. Who is responsible
Biz59.net (Biz59 LLC), New York, NY, USA is responsible for your data (the "controller"). Questions and requests: support@biz59.net.
2. What we collect and why
| Data | Why | Legal basis (GDPR) |
|---|---|---|
| Email address | to create your account, sign you in and reply to you | contract |
| Content you create in the app | to store it, show it to you and sync it between your devices | contract |
How the app handles what you say and who you are
- Speech: when you tap the microphone, your iPhone turns your voice into text with Apple's speech recognition, on the phone when it can. Only the text of the task is sent to us. We don't receive or keep recordings. You can turn off microphone and speech access at any time in your phone's settings and type tasks instead.
- Sign-in: you sign in with Apple, Google or your email address and a 6-digit code, through osec.one, our sign-in service (Biz59 LLC). If you choose Apple or Google, they tell us your email address and an account ID; we don't get your password.
- Lists you share: tasks in a team list can be seen and changed by the people in that team.
- Same account on the web: your lists and tasks are stored on our servers and also show at ticktockdone.com when you sign in there.
- No ads, no tracking across other companies' apps or websites, and no analytics or crash-reporting tools in the app.
We don't sell your personal data, and we don't use it for anything other than the purposes above.
3. Who we share it with
- AppBro (Biz59 LLC, New York, USA) hosts this website and handles support and account-deletion requests sent through it.
- osec.one (Biz59 LLC), our sign-in service, and Apple or Google if you sign in with them.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
