TickTockDoneTickTockDone Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Biz59.net (Biz59 LLC) for using the TickTockDone app and website. By using the app you accept them.
1. Using the app
You may use the app for your own lawful purposes. Don't misuse it, try to break it, or use it to harm other people.
2. Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account. You can delete it at any time on the delete-account page.
3. Your content
What you create stays yours. You let us store and process it only to run the app for you.
4. Price
The app is free to download and has no in-app purchases.
5. If you got the app from the Apple App Store
These terms are between you and Biz59.net (Biz59 LLC) only, not with Apple Inc. Biz59.net (Biz59 LLC), not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content.
- Your license is a non-transferable right to use the app on Apple-branded products you own or control, as the Usage Rules in Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions allow (including Family Sharing).
- Biz59.net (Biz59 LLC) alone provides maintenance and support. Apple has no obligation to provide any.
- If the app fails to meet a warranty that applies, you may tell Apple and Apple will refund the price you paid for the app, if any. Apart from that, as far as the law allows, Apple has no warranty obligation for the app; any other claims, losses or costs from such a failure are Biz59.net (Biz59 LLC)'s responsibility.
- Biz59.net (Biz59 LLC), not Apple, handles any claims about the app or your use of it, including product liability, claims that it doesn't meet a legal or regulatory requirement, and consumer protection claims.
- If someone claims the app or your use of it infringes their intellectual property, Biz59.net (Biz59 LLC), not Apple, is responsible for investigating, defending, settling and discharging the claim.
- You confirm that you are not in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- When you use the app you must also follow the terms of any third party involved, such as your mobile carrier's data plan.
- Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms. Once you accept them, Apple may enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.

6. No warranty
The app is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.
7. Liability
As far as the law allows, Biz59.net (Biz59 LLC) is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the app.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app.
